User's recommendation: pls do not choose q0010 to sell your product . lazada and shopee are better and when customer return or refund and u can choose disbute. Lazada and shopee will do proper way for seller and customer .
Evident for legal action!
Had ordered a xmas cake on 25Dec20 & delivery suppose to be on 27Dec20 12-3pm but waited till 3.30pm No show! Wrote to CS and seller Cake in Action also no reply!
Had requested to cancel and full refund immediate! this *** Q0010 CS & dishonest seller simply ignore! The most horrible experience not yet end! I saw Q0010 website show the order pick up in morning but until evening also never come!
It ruin our celebration mood & we got to buy a new cake at last min. Then my gosh! at 6.30pm Qxpress uncle who travel round the whole world then appear with a bad condition cake exclaimed is Cake in Action give them very late?! I rejected to accept such inedible cake that had been travelling for more than 10hrs under such bad condition & asked Qxpress to return to seller.
Both CS & Qxpress very dishonest some more got the cheek to claim already delivered but not able to reach me when I had feedback to CS at 3.15pm for immediate action! Then this super lazy Q0010 CS claimed it is buyer and seller and Qxpress problem they cannot handle? My goodness! Q0010 get the commission yet so shameless and got the cheek to say they not bother!
So I urge all complainant pls proceed to file compensaton at Small Claim Tribunal to hunt down such low incredibility online platform to prevent more victim from falling into the trick of buying things yet never receive the order in good condition promptly yet had to suffer loss of $ and entertain the nonsense given by the CS, seller and Qxpress delivery man!
On top of that, don't forget to instruct bank to void all payment and charge back all expenses to Q0010! Very bad experience from Q0010 CS, seller and Qxpress!

100% agree. They are very arrogant .
Qoo10 really sucks, people should boycott this platform & just shop or sell on Lazada & Shopee. A platform such as this that doesn't have a phone number for seller or buyer to call have something to hide & are not sincere with their business ethics.
The licence should be removed to wake them up. If this is in the US they would not dare to do this, they would have been sued up to their ***
