Grabbed the vouchers of $10,$50,$100. Was placing the products in my cart and ready to check-out (9oct, AM) but was unable to find it in 'my coupons' of my account.

called hotline twice and they mentioned pending tech staff to review. thus dropped 'live help' via chat & screenshots.

apparently as pm by 'live chat' staff it was mastercard coupons for 1st 2000 transactions. But this is not aligned to their T&C (see screenshot).

they should not have notification that pop out that i got the coupons. wrong pop out notification.

By the time they responded and find out on 11oct 4:09pm of course all vouchers gone.
