Qoo10 - Do not sell in Q0010 as starting platform
Qoo10 is a very bad selling platform. You will spent over hundred hours building up things and being charged $100 but will never get return I have made a few sales but never got money. Trying to contact customer service and never can resolve anything

Qoo10 - Bad q10 customer service
They just hang your phone when they cannot resolved the matter what's the use of calls recorded when they just push around and doesn't have a channel or email for complaining or auditing. Q10 CSO is like *** and doesn't even have an email to send and complain

Ever notice the top of Q10’s newsletters/emails they send you? Look at the attached screenshots, which encourages you collect either Mamemalls & MameBalls to get discounts. Q10 sends minimum 2 of these emails a day but do you think you can collect both? Think again!...Read more
