I ordered 6 packs of toilet rolls from seller sgmart21 on Qoo10 but only 3 packs were delivered. However I paid for 6 packs. I messaged the seller who said he will refund me but I have not received the refund for 1 week. I also complained to Qoo10 which is the selling portal but they said that my photo did not show clearly the number of packs that were delivered. But if you zoom into the photo, you can clearly see the number of packs are less than 6!

Hi mine is also at customs since 12 November, how about yours ? Mine already 12 days still in customs.

Call qoo10 they say wait only. Up till date is your tracking updated from customs yet ?

I have been ripped off by a seller (Clrarr) item never arrived after payment was taken and I had contacted Q0010 on 3 or 4 occasions and they have absolutley NOTHING about my concerns or refund ! DO NOT USE Q0010 !!!

I have received a threat of legal action to be taken against me by qoo10 customer service who has reply. This is an act against me for reporting a concerns I have on qoo10 platform regarding misrepresentation of same diffuser products.

The seller I bought this same product has claimed this product cannot be used as aroma diffuser which resulted the product damaged by my usage.

I have raised concerns to qoo10 platform about other sellers selling and representing this product as aroma diffuser on your platform. This has lead me into getting one, its unfortunate I bought from one who says they only showing add tap water now he denies claims for the faults and crack pushing the blame to aroma oil used is not allowed that I have damaged the product.

In fact the interior disintegrated and crack inside, refer to photos of damage this is related to the product integrity. I would appreciate you kindly escalate my concerns for a proper formal closure.

Qoo10 customer service team is trash! They do not resolve transaction issues!

They are best at frustrating customers legitimate claims for refund/cancellation or exchange/return by procrastinating or non action, and worst of all unreasonably requesting customer to provide unnecessary evidence (when seller had already admitted to claim but refused to refund).

Qoo10 also accuses customers of refusal to produce evidence that is lost due to the passage of time and cannot be presented anymore, and use it as an excuse to justify themselves for refusing to act. Qoo10 customer service sucks big deal, they are good for nothing, merely TRASH!
