It's been more than a month now when I requested for a refund for mobile top-up for which I paid through credit card and that never happened. I called their help line to explain my problem, agent named ZUL did not want to listen to me at all, he started misbehaving and said you are talking to a wrong guy?

WTH?? Is this customer service. Until today I have not got the money back for which they promised will be credited back to my credit card account. I lodged another complaint telling them about funds not being credited.

Imagine what they have asked for " my statement of account" WTH, how can they request for statement of account? I am seriously pissed.

I have dropped them another email asking them to refund as I cannot share my statement of account as this is something personal. Waiting for their response.
