As a seller, Qoo10 is hands down the worst online platform I had ever used. The customer service is non-existent.

No hotline, the only way to contact them is via email through incompetent customer service officers with a comprehension of the English language equivalent to that of a 5 year old. I've brought up multiple cases of wrong settlements to no avail till date, all they've done was to refer me to orders with the correct settlement amounts when I'm not even referring to those orders, beating about the bush with broken English, expecting you to give up on your pursuit for the funds they owe.

My suggestion is to save your $100 and use other platforms like Lazada, eBay (which ironically owns Qoo10) or shoppee instead.
